Hast Du Bedenken, Erfahrungen, Wünsche, Ängste, Bestrebungen und Frustrationen im Zusammenhang mit der Geburt, dem Stillen. Hier kannst Du alle intimen Fragen dazu stellen. Wir haben viele Tipps zu alternativen Wegen der Schmerzlinderung, Partnergeburt, Geburt im Wasser, Geburt zu Hause oder im Krankenhaus, Erholung und Pflege nach der Geburt, Intimität nach der Geburt, Knochenschlusszeremonie und vieles mehr ♥️

Die Gruppe kommuniziert hauptsächlich auf Englisch, aber wir sprechen auch Spanisch, Deutsch, Französisch und Russisch für eine 1:1-Betreuung. Diese Veranstaltung ist auf Kollektenbasis

Welcome to our networking & birth cafe, for breastfeeding and group sessions. With parents and other humans who would like to become parents. We are happy to welcome any humans (male* or female*) who has any birth, breastfeeding/chestfeeding related concerns, experiences, wishes, fears, aspirations and frustrations, etc., to be able to share them in a brave space and trusted circle! You can also ask any intimate questions about giving birth - alternative ways of pain relief/partner birth / in water / at home or hospital / after birth recovery and care/intimacy after birth/placenta options/perineum care/bone closing ceremony/ … and many more ♥️

We are lactation consultants/counsellors and doulas aiming to meet your needs and the needs of your little one(s) through gentle parenting practices and the power of healing through shared experiences (judgement free-zone). The main language of discussion in this group is English, but we speak Spanish, German, French, and Russian as well for 1:1 support. This event is on a collection basis, so that all can participate.
